Opening the PDF Details

To create annotatins in Zetaref Reference Manager, go to your library and select any uploaded PDF. Click "PDF" in the tab to launch the Zetaref PDF Reader and then click the "Annotations" button to launch the annotation tool.

Highlighting Text

Highlight important content to make literature review faster and more organized.

  • Click Highlight and then select text.

  • Choose a color to categorize your highlight (Yellow, Blue, Green, Red).

  • Access all highlights in the Highlights sidebar tab.

Adding Notes & Comments

  • Inline Notes

    highlight text → click Add Note → type your comment.

  • Standalone Notes

    click Add Note in the tab for general comments.

  • Edit and Delete Notes

    All notes are synced and editable. Delete via the note menu.
